It was just over a year ago, in January of 2015, when our Guests began working with Kettle Pizza. The business was fairly young, but our relationship with George Peters was not.
Peters had worked with our Guests throughout the years, employing them in various capacities. So when he and Al Contarino needed reliable hard workers for their Kettle Pizza business, they were happy to hire our Guests.
Our Colleague Joe Robichaud made the connection, knowing who would be a great fit for the job. And soon our Guests began working packaging the pizza stones, putting together the handles for the kits, branding the items, and assembling the boxes for the kits. The team at Kettle Pizza let our Guests try a little bit of each job before settling in on who would be the best fit for each job.
“They love it there,” said Joe. Colleagues Leona and Ralph have also helped out throughout ATI’s time there, with Leona accompanying our Guests to the job site on a regular basis.
We’ve had a few Guests try the jobs out over the last year, but our regular employees of Kettle Pizza are Julie, Jimmy, Thanh, June, and Eileen, whom George describes as “a key part of the team.”
It’s safe to say George and the Kettle Pizza team enjoy working with American Training, and we can confirm that the feeling is mutual.
“He’s fantastic to work with,” said Joe of George. “He’s really an all around nice guy.”
