Please join us in welcoming our newest American Training family member, Carolyn Foster!
Carolyn is joining us as the Director of Human Resources, bringing with her over two decades of experience in the nonprofit field, community and systems advocacy, and volunteer management.
What most attracted Carolyn to ATI is our WOW! Magic culture. “Creating that kind of workplace has always been my focus”, she said. “Every role in an organization is important and making people feel appreciated and valued is paramount for me.”
What does she like most about ATI? “The people!” Everyone has been “so helpful, and welcoming and kind. Everybody I have met is just awesome.”
Carolyn has 2 kids, ages 14 and 19. She loves spending time with her family, going to the lake in the summer or skiing in the winter. She also enjoys music and going to concerts.
With her extensive experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, and her passion for helping people to be successful at work, Carolyn is sure to be a huge asset to ATI, and will be bringing plenty of WOW! Magic to her new role.
