The summer’s most popular event made an epic comeback!
Our 2021 Tie Dye Day & Carnivale certainly made up for lost time! It was absolutely overflowing with WOW! Magic! We swung to new heights this year, literally and figuratively! We had a Swinging Viking Ship! This made for some Outrageously Memorable Moments as our Guests and Colleagues reached for the stars, soaring to the tree tops and back down again!
We had roaming circus entertainment performed by Boston Party Adventures, cool treats provided by Richie’s Slush, great food prepared and served by Simply Elegant Catering, incredible music brought to us by DJ Greg of NRG Entertainment, and games galore provided by North American Amusements! And of course, more tie dyed t-shirts than we could ever count!

So on Thursday, July 29th, we did one of our favorite things to do…we celebrated our Exceptional Colleagues in true WOW! Magic style at our annual Colleague Recognition Awards!
This year we showed our Colleagues just how much they are appreciated as they were treated to a taste of Paradise in destination Margaritaville! Where they experienced WOW! Magic firsthand as we showcased some of our Colleagues most creative handmade decorations featuring out of this world painted Surf Boards, Giant Sea life, Parrot, Pirate Ship, and Sand castle… Décor that even Jimmy Buffet himself would be jealous of! There was delicious food prepared and served by Simply Elegant Catering, an incredible live band performance by the Mystic Jammers, and of course… Exceptional People! But it was what was at the heart of the night that mattered most… recognizing our American Training Family members for their dedicated service and extraordinary work!

It was a proud evening for all as our LARE Graduates walked in front of a cheering audience of Family & Friends to receive their Certificates at our 2021 LARE Institute Graduation Celebration, held on July 22nd at our LARE Institute in Andover.
Our annual Graduation Celebration is our opportunity to recognize our Students for their academic accomplishments. Our Graduates this year earned certificates in a variety of our programs spanning from; HiSET, Electronics Assembly, Business Technology, Certified Nursing Assistant, and Medical Assisting.
Our Students worked hard to complete their programs of study and we wanted to make sure that we gave them the honor and recognition that they deserved, with a celebration that only our signature WOW! Magic! could provide! There was cake, balloons, and decorations galore! As well as custom swag, gifted to each Graduate before they left through the door!

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the health and safety of the Teachers and Students of our LARE Institute continues to be top priority, so on July 17, the LARE Institute maintained strict social distancing guidelines as we celebrated this year’s graduating class of 130 individuals ranging in age from 18 to 81 with a Drive-In graduation ceremony!
Our annual LARE Institute Graduation Celebration is an opportunity to recognize our Students for their academic accomplishments. Our Students work hard to complete their programs of study and we wanted to make sure that no matter what, they were recognized, acknowledged and celebrated for this! Our Students have maintained motivation despite personal struggles and a tumultuous year for LARE and our graduates, who had to shift to online learning practically overnight as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic in order to finish their licensing and certificate programs. Our students are proof that with the right supports and the right work ethic, you can accomplish anything, even during the most uncertain of times!
Our students earned certificates in a variety of our LARE Institute programs spanning from; HiSET, Electronics Assembly, Business Technology, Certified Nursing Assistant, and Medical Assisting. Of the 130 graduates this year, at least 90 have already been placed in jobs! But what makes the LARE Institute so unique & different is our signature WOW! Magic culture. Our Teachers approach each and every day with the same passion for excitement and FUN that guarantees that no lesson is boring. In fact, the result of such attention to detail is that each person we serve has a greater opportunity to fall in love with learning that sets them on the path to creating more meaningful lives. Our WOW! Magic leads us to put in that extra effort, to go the extra mile and to put those we serve first. It reminds us each and every day to Bring Out the Best in every person with whom we are working. And by doing so, we show each Student just how much Every Life Matters.

Dear Families, Guests and Colleagues
In an effort to keep in touch and stay connected to our Guests during this unprecedented time, American Training Colleagues will be reaching out to all of our Day Services Guests on a weekly, bi-weekly or daily basis, depending on the level of involvement that is needed or wanted. We acknowledge that remaining in contact with our Guests will be a healthy way to keep everyone in touch and maintain our WOW! Magic relationships with them.
We will be reaching out in several ways; via telephone, email, video chatting, Zoom or Skype. This will depend on the technology available and the abilities and preferences of the Guest.
We have many ways to connect with you including a WOW! Magic Connector Facebook page, live Facebook videos, a calendar of events and groups that Guests can virtually join in on and in some cases, face to face meetings.
